More swimming and birthday party

This weekend we just hung around the house and beat the heat by going swimming...seems to be our regular weekend activity! Sunday we headed to Monkey Bizness to celebrate a friend's sons 2nd birthday.

She is really trying to "swim"...well kick her feet and splash her hands at the same time and occasionally dunk her face!

Addison in only 8 weeks from being 1 YEAR OLD...ahhhh!!!

Yep that is right...Addison is now 10 months! I can't believe it has gone by so quickly!

Her words...
Dada - Daddy
Mama - ME :)
Da - Dog...loves to scream this at the dogs and they just ignore her
tickle tickle tickle - I think she hears this one alot but loves to repeat it!
Duc - Duck...she knows the ducks in the bath tub and in her books!

She is still crawling away in her "cage" and she occassionally get free range of the entire house. She is pulling up like crazy and walking around as long as she can hold onto something and occassional she will let go and stand for a second or two by herself before she falls to her bottom.

She loves to feed herself and we have been trying more real food to get away from baby food. Eggs and bananas are probably her favorite to feed herself although they both make huge messes!

Ok here are some picks from 10 months but she didn't want to sit still so we have a bunch of her crawling away from us!

She decided she was over pics and ripped off her 10 month sticker!

So we put it on her back and got a few of her crawling away from us :)

Father's Day Weekend

Father's day weekend was a blast! We started off Saturday with the annual Father's Day golf with the family at High Meadow Ranch. I haven't played golf since this day two years ago since I was pregnant last year but hey it was fun and I didn't do too bad! After golf since it was so hot we moved the party over to Lindsay Lakes for a little swimming. Lots of photos from our new water camera! Sunday we started out with breakfast with Kody's parents and bro and then more swimming at their house...we all got lots of sun this weekend!
